"Classroom to Finish Line," is a comprehensive 16-week training program designed to meet your individual fitness level, lifestyle, time constraints, and race day goals. Members will benefit from the guidance of a certified coach, with the flexibility to choose between personalized one-on-one sessions or group training for added motivation and customized assistance. Our goal is to instill confidence, knowledge, and cultivate a passion for running, empowering educator-athletes to continue their fitness journey long after the program concludes. Below is an overview of the training program structure for the C2FL program.

Your session will be

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current fitness level and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Targeted

    Whether you are a novice or experienced runner your goals will be tailored to fit your lifestyle, time constraints, experience and ability.

  • Integrated

    To prevent overtraining and burnout, your training regimen will incorporate cross-training and strength-training.
